 The incident
above took place on January 31, 2009 at the Auto-Splash Car Wash, 2706 Lincoln Way. As shown on the survellance camera the actor caused damage inside one of the wash bays of the car wash.
According to the report a white male actor attempted to use a car wash bay that was malfunctioning. The actor abruptly damaged the high pressure washer by stomping on it with his foot then removed rubber padding taking it with him.
