White Oak PD is attempting to identify the white male in the photo with brown hair, mustache, wearing a blue jean jacket with headphones around his neck. He left the Giant Eagle store with a large amount of seafood and meat. He dropped the items after a foot chase by store loss prevention employees traveling through 1/2 mile of hillside woods to his departure.
